I served this recipe for book club the other night. The 4 of us there almost ate the entire thing! It tasted even better the next morning. (Of course I had a bite for breakfast) This recipe is easy, fast, and ready at a moments notice! I love the fact that you can even have these items on hand for any occasion. This picture doesn’t do this great and easy spread justice.
Cream Cheese Pesto Artichoke Spread
1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese ( I used low fat)
1/3 cup diced artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup pesto sauce
Diced sundried tomatoes for garnish(optional)
Assorted crackers or baguette bread
Mix together pesto and diced artichoke hearts. Place cream cheese on a small plate and top with pesto artichoke mixture. Serve with crackers or baguette bread. (Optional) top pesto with diced sundried tomatoes.
