Ultimate Grilled Cheese and Tomato Sandwich
1 cup Ricotta cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Cheddar cheese slices
French Bread or sourdough bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Layer cheeses in between bread- be generous!Add tomatoes. Sprinkle tomato with salt and pepper to taste. Butter the outside of bread. In a large skillet on medium heat, cook sandwiches butter side down until bread is golden and cheese is melted, flipping half way through.
