Here’s my recipe for Key Lime Pie ice cream… ahhhhh.
1 1/2 cups milk ( I used 2%)
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
2 cans sweetened condensed milk (I use fat free)
4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons lime zest
1 cup Key Lime juice
Whisk together milk, cream, condensed milk, and lime zest. Add key lime juice just before pouring into your ice cream maker. Make according to your directions. In the last 5 minutes, add crushed graham crackers. Transfer ice cream to freezer container and freeze until firmer. Serve with sliced limes and more graham crackers if desired.
