This no bake peanut butter fudge (gluten free too) are sinful, delicious- and they melt in your mouth. I can never eat just one- if fact, neither can my friend Jason. You see, a while back, Jason was able to taste these peanut butter bars, and well- after eating them, I thought that I could get almost anything from him, especially if I offered to pay him in peanut butter fudge.
What did I get you ask, well 2 new pairs of size 13 shoes for my husband! Apparently, they both have large feet, and it was just my luck that Jason would rather have the peanut butter fudge, and Brian would rather have the new shoes! Perfect.

No- bake Peanut Butter Fudge
½ cup melted butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
2 cups natural peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar
GF Chocolate, melted (optional)
Place all ingredients together in a food processor, and process until thick and creamy texture. Batter will be thick. Spread evenly into a 9×13 lightly greased pan. Chill until firm before you cut into squares. Drizzle with melted GF chocolate for garnish if desired.
