I am still baking, that is why I am not writing a very interesting post. I may have to take some time away from writing, until the last cake bite has been shaped, dipped and decorated for the photoshoot…. Countdown…. 12 days left. Until then, Happy Endless Baking!

Babycakes Cupcake Maker

Thanks Marye for this fabulous idea. Her twins made their very own cupcakes using this Babycakes Cupcake Maker- It’s electric, so it’s more kid friendly. The Babycakes Cupcake Maker comes in a variety of colors, pink, yellow, green… and I saw red. Red would be my choice. Red is my favorite color. It would match […]

Is this a dream I am living? I go from one project to the next, barely having time to breathe. I was totally excited for the photoshoot, especially when I booked Marielle’s flight. But now, well there is only a little over 2 weeks and counting before D-Day. I’m getting a little nervous. Thank goodness […]

What would you choose?

If the 101 Gourmet Cake Bites cover was up to you, what color would you pick? First, the cupcake book is pink- I really like pink. It’s cute, adorable and certainly loveable. Then the cookie cover is teal blue…… which is fun, sassy and peppy. I can’t seem to decide….. the layout and design will […]

Sugar-Free baking mixes?

I got this ad in my mail, and I had to try it. So far the gluten free baking mixes are pretty decent… How about the sugar free mixes? And yes, I have to say they were pretty darn good. I made the Chocolate cinnamon and the vanilla pudding poppy seed cupcakes from 101 Gourmet […]

Thank goodness the 101 Gourmet Cake Bites script is in it’s final stages, because I am beginning to gain weight just reading and typing it! The date is set for the photo shoot with Marielle Hayes, and her flight is booked! I am starting to be less stressed, and excited about the next phase of […]
