As you can see in these photos, it was a huge hit with the family.
We served it warm, with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream. I would highly recommend it. We ate more than half of the 9×13 pan- Super delicious. Rich, and fudgy. Is that a word? Probably not, but it is now.

And, yes, I ate the last bite shown here. I savored every single bite. It’s a keeper- and we will be making it often.
Chocolate Sticky Pudding (recipe adapted)
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a 9×13 pan. Mix sugar, flour, vanilla and milk and pour over melted butter. Do not mix together. Then top with 6 tbsp. cocoa and 3/4 cup sugar. Do not mix together. Then pour over 2 cups boiling water. Do not mix together. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve warm.
