No Bake Smore Cookie Clusters
16 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups coarsely chopped graham crackers
30 cupcake liners
Heat the cream until simmering and pour over the chocolate chips in a medium size glass bowl. Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Stir chocolate and cream until combined. Cool for 30 minutes. Place marshmallows and graham crackers evenly between all 30 cupcake liners. Pour or spoon chocolate ganache over the top of each liner, covering the marshmallows and graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Serve. Makes 30 servings.
