It’s a BLT with blue cheese.
I had to. You see, there was some extra blue cheese in the fridge, that had to be eaten. And put with the warm crispy bacon, it sorta melts ever so slightly.
Then I liked it so much, I bought more blue cheese on purpose, so I’d have it available for my lunches. I think I consumed about 3 of these sandwiches per week. That’s my confession for the week.
What you’ll need:
2 slices of bread
Fresh tomato from your garden
3 sliced of cooked bacon
Optional: toast your bread… basically, layer all ingredients and eat, savoring every single bite.
