Sweet Corn and Blue Cheese Salad

I changed this salad slightly, so I thought I’d remind you of this great recipe, hidden away… not really hidden away, but in the Only the Sweets section of the blog. This time, I added 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, and also used Grapeseed oil in place of Olive oil. It’s my new go-to oil.
 
This would be a great recipe to take you a BBQ or family gathering. I think it tastes better the next day- so you can make it ahead of your event.
