My favorite chocolate chip cookies + S’more + Muffin = A bite of heaven.
I know it’s the end of summer, but we can make this awesome treat one more time before it’s turns cold. In fact, make them twice.
I made the dough and scooped it into the mini muffin tins with my small cookie scoop. It made about 30 cookies total. I baked my cookies in mini muffin tins for 8-9 minutes at 350 and let them cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing them. Cool, then top with the Marshmallow frosting, and chocolate ganache. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Perfection.
