Potato Turkey Stuffing Casserole and Studio 5

First, I’ll be on Studio 5 today at 1 pm. It’s going to be epic.

Second, this recipe I’ve made twice now. And I can’t wait to make it again. You could substitute roasted potatoes for leftover mashed potatoes. But I NEVER have leftover mashed potatoes. I think I will make it for dinner using the leftovers from Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving leftovers. Don’t you?


Potato Turkey Stuffing Casserole

By using all your leftovers to make this casserole, it will save time. If not, throw the ingredients together and start new. Either way, it will be delicious.

4 medium potatoes, chopped, or 2 cups mashed potatoes

2 cups shredded turkey

2 cups turkey gravy

3 cups stuffing

1/2 cup Craisins, or cranberry sauce

Butter your 9×13 baking dish. Layer the ingredients evenly in the order that they are listed. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover the casserole and bake for 10 more minutes to crisp the stuffing. Serve while hot. Makes 8 servings.
