Cheesy Artichoke Toast


Artichoke dip on a great piece of bread? Yes. Please. I don’t need to really introduce this recipe, it speaks for itself.

Cheesy Artichoke Toast

1 cup diced artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, grated

Pinch of garlic salt

Pinch of chili powder

6 medium slices of sourdough bread or Moroccan Olive Loaf (Kroger brand)

Mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheeses and seasonings. Spread onto your bread and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Serves 2-3.
